This recipe is my version of the bang bang shrimp. It's somewhat healthy. I did not deep fried the shrimp, but still has that spicy flavor profile of bang bang shrimp. I love crispy shrimp, don't get me wrong, but some days I try to eat healthier. This recipe is so easy to make, and I'm sure you already have most of these ingredients in your pantry.

I love cooking fried rice because you can throw in whatever ingredients you may have in your fridge. What are your favorite kinds of fried rice? (Please let me know down below). Growing up, my mom used to make this simple adobo fried rice where she adds sitaw (long beans) to make sure we get our vegetables, which I did not like as a kid, but as an adult, I've made that dish so many time and enjoyed it! Anyways, continue along, and as always, if you ever make this dish, please tag me on Instagram

By the way, I wanted to share this awesome kitchen gadget that was gifted to me by Zulay Kitchen. This is their magnetic double-sided measuring spoons. They work wonders. I use to hunt down my measuring spoons in the drawer because let's be honest, when do we ever use 1/8 tsp?? lol But feel free to check out their products. They are doing amazing things at Zulay Kitchen. All spoons are stuck together and now tucked away in the drawer safely, no more hunting down the tiniest spoon.
