3 Easy Baked Dips (Crab, Black beans, and Corn and Jalapeno)

I'm super excited about this post as I celebrated with Kibo on their lentil chip's release party and "we believe in better" campaign. I created three easy dip recipes that tasted amazing with their chips. The chips were light and crispy, and perfectly seasoned. They sent me two flavors to try, Maui Onion and Sea salt lentil chips, and I cannot wait for everybody to give them a try. These dips are super simple to make, and you may have these ingredients on hand already; if not hope you grab the ingredients soon and give these a try. Crab dip (Pescatarian Friendly)
•(8-10oz) Lump crab
•(2 TBSP) Sour Cream
•(2 oz) Cream cheese
•White Cheddar cheese
•Green onions for garnish
•Salt & Pepper to taste
-In a bowl, mix the crab, sour cream, cream cheese, and season with S&P to taste.
-In a baking dish, Add your crab mixture. Add White Cheddar Cheese on top.
-Bake at 375F 8-10 minutes (till cheese is all melted and ooey-gooey)
-Garnish with green onions on top (optional)
Black Beans dip (Vegan Friendly)
•(1 can) Black Beans
•2 TBSP tomato paste
-Spray pan with olive oil
-Drain Black beans, and rinse
-Add the black beans into the pan and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
-Add your favorite vegan taco seasoning (mix for about 1 minute)
-Add the tomato paste (mix well for about 2 minutes)
-In a baking dish, transfer the black bean mixture and sprinkle vegan cheese on top.
-Bake at 375, 8-10 minutes
Corn & Jalapeno:
•1 can corn
•2 tbsp sweet heat jalapeno (minced)
•1.5 oz Mayo
•1-2 TBSP cotija cheese
•Creole seasoning to taste or S&P (Bake 375F 8-10 minutes)
-Drain corn and rinse
-In a bowl, add corn, minced jalapeno, mayo, cotija cheese, and season with creole seasoning.
-Transfer in a baking dish, bake at 375F 8-10 minutes
-Garnish with more cotija cheese
